Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Last updated:
1. The standard we work to
We design and test the website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is our target and our testing benchmark; it is not a certification by a third party.
2. What we have done
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labels so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA colour contrast, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Forms have visible labels, explain errors in words and link each error to its field.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages adapt to small screens and to browser zoom without loss of content.
3. How we test
Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA rules) at desktop and mobile sizes each time the website changes, alongside keyboard checks. The most recent full review was on 11 October 2026.
4. Known limitations
Product screenshots of Global Wakili are images of the application. Each has a text description, but the detail inside the screenshot is not available as text. A live demonstration can be arranged instead.
We have not yet completed a review with screen-reader users. This is planned.
5. Reporting a problem
If something on this website is hard to use, tell us at hello@globalsitesltd.com or on +254 (0)724 178 878. Please include the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days and, where we can, provide the information in another format while we fix the problem.
