Enterprise legal operating system · A Global Sites Enterprise Solution
Run your whole firm from one system
Global Wakili brings a law firm's matters, court dates, client money, billing, documents and client communication into one system, built around how Kenyan firms are paid, taxed and regulated.

Kenyan systems Global Wakili works with
- KRA eTIMS· Integrated
- Safaricom M-PESA (Daraja)· Integrated
- Data Protection Act, 2019· Designed with it in mind
- Client trust accounting· Three-way reconciliation
The problem
Running a law firm in Kenya is hard enough. Your software should not make it harder.
Trust money that is hard to account for
Three-way reconciliation and overdraw prevention run as part of the system, with a tamper-evident record of every trust transaction.
Billing, eTIMS and collections in separate places
An invoice can be submitted to KRA eTIMS and collected by M-PESA from the same screen, with the journal entry posted automatically.
Deadlines that depend on someone remembering
Hearings and filings live on the matter, and approaching deadlines are flagged 30, 7 and 1 day ahead.
Clients chasing updates by phone and WhatsApp
A secure client portal lets clients see their matter, receive documents and pay invoices without calling the office.

Security and the Kenyan context
Built for how Kenyan firms are regulated
The platform provides the controls and records your obligations depend on. Your firm and its auditors remain responsible for compliance.
Each firm's data is kept apart
Global Wakili serves many firms from one platform, so isolation between them is enforced in the data layer on every record, not left to the application screens. Automated tests check that one firm cannot read or write another's data, and they run on every change.
Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and in transit using TLS 1.3.
A record you can trust
Critical actions are written to a tamper-evident audit chain using SHA-256 hashing, so any attempt to alter history after the fact can be detected.
Access by role
Role-based access control decides what each person in the firm can see and do, down to individual actions, so a junior clerk and a managing partner see different things.
AI with guardrails
Sensitive fields are redacted before any call to an external AI service, inputs are screened for prompt-injection attempts, and client data is not used to train AI models.

Questions and answers
Things firms ask us before signing up
How does Global Wakili handle trust accounting?
Each client has a trust sub-account. The platform reconciles the bank statement, the trust ledger and the client ledgers against each other, blocks any payment that would overdraw a client, and keeps an audit record of every trust transaction.
The platform provides the controls and records. Your firm and its auditors remain responsible for how the accounts are operated.
How does the KRA eTIMS integration work?
When an invoice is marked as paid, Global Wakili submits it to KRA eTIMS, retrieves the control number and QR code, stamps them on the invoice PDF and posts the journal entry. Your KRA PIN and device credentials are set up once during implementation.
Can clients pay by M-PESA?
Yes. Clients receive an M-PESA STK Push prompt on their phone, from the client portal or by SMS. When they confirm, the receipt is recorded, the journal entry is posted and the invoice balance is updated.
How is client data protected?
Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's at the data layer. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access is controlled by role, and critical actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit chain.
The AI features redact sensitive fields before any external call, and client data is not used to train AI models.
Can we bring our existing data across?
Yes. Matters, clients, time entries, trust balances and documents can be migrated. We support Excel and CSV imports and can migrate from other systems through their APIs where available. Balances are checked with you before the firm goes live.
